I wouldn't wish this place on my enemys. They NEVER fix anything at all. The will come look at it because they know the law and it states if they make a attempt to fix it then they are in the right. I have went to the office four times to ask them to fix my A/C and nothing. Then they say its my fault for not letting them know about it. The whole appartment is full of kids who don't care if cars are driving by so they play it the road. They send out notes saying they will call the police and CPS on the parents but they are empty threats. Management says they work for you but argue with you about it being your fault. Thats VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I never lived there myself; thank God! but know a couple who did. The apartment carpet was stained and nasty when they moved in and the a/c vent looked like it hadn't been cleaned since installation. When my friends moved out the complex had the nerve to charge them for the whole carpet replacement! I couldn't believe the audacity of the manager. I also know that when they complained about things they were never resolved. I think the owners should fire the manager and get someone competent to run that place!!!!
