If you are planning to move to the Waco area, DO NOT rent here! We have been here for less than 4 months, and there have been 7 thefts. All of these have been reported to the office and not ONE thing has been done to protect the safety our safety. Unless you like to have things stolen from you, and want to live where the staff cares nothing about you or your property, this is the place to be. Take it from me, you are better off anywhere else in the city than Brazos Park Apartments.
