My move to Waco was supposed to be a wonderful experience, but it has been a total nightmare. I have had nothing but problems since moving into these apartments. I had not even lived here one month before my car was broken into. The office staff promised many improvements, however none have been delivered. They advertise that the name of the street is Lake Brazos Pkwy., but it is really Martin Luther King Blvd. and a very unsafe neighborhood. All of my fellow residents have had something stolen and we are regretful that we didn't know about how bad it is here. Please, check out any new home you may choose carefully. Get everything in writing and research the neighboorhood. It will save you many problems in the long run.
