Management still hasn't made the promised changes

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
God I can't wait till the lease is up on this place. It's now October and the management hasn't followed through on their promises of a new fence, gated access, and security cameras for the 8000 building. I've given up on the hope that it might get done. Management seems to have just been blowing smoke screens to keep everyone happy while doing nothing all along.
