Great View, Neighbors really nice

I've lived several places since coming to Baylor, but I really like Brazos Park. I read the other reviews about the security problems, but i've lived here 2 years and I've never had anything stolen, neither have any of my neighbors. the grounds are really nice, big trees, and they are very pet friendly. BP is one of the only places in Waco that will accept larger dogs. The staff is super friendly, if a little disorganized at times. My apartment overlooks the river, right into the state park. Its simply gorgeous!
