The old manager is gone and there is now a new gentleman in charge of the complex. The promised security gate is finally being installed for the 8000 building across the street from the main complex. So things appear to be getting better.



I still wouldn?t rate this complex very highly. To give you an idea, the police rate this neighborhood as a high crime area. Wish I?d known that before signing the first lease! The security camera at the gate for the main complex was actually stolen and had to be replaced. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor when he goes to the bathroom when I?m sitting in my living room. The grounds could be kept up better. It seems that some of the pet owners don?t feel it?s their job to clean up after their dogs, so keep an eye out where you walk off the paved sidewalks!



Given time, the rating could get a little better from me, but I?m looking forward to getting out of this area ASAP!

edit: I forgot to add the 4 gunshots I heard this morning as I was walking across the street (where I can at least park behind a gated area) this morning.
