Not reccomend this apartment

Well to start it off there is one word that describes this place, "Soggy." You may say man he must have a leak in the roof or something well thats not it. When I first moved in I walked into the apartment and noticed that the previous person had left their water bed there. Or what was left of it. It smelled like cat hair in there and body odor. So I went to Wal- Mart to buy an odor eater. Well when I came back I had found saw that the sink pipe busted and water was spewing out into the bathroom. Ohh ya the floor in there is slanted to. One day my friend Eddie we call him Ed the bbq bun because he like bar b q sauce decided to sign the leace and move in. That night our apartment stunk so bad we decided to bring the rain tractor, a sprinkler from the courtyard in, and spray the walls off. Ed the bbq bun never payed rent but he was on the leace so the apt. people made him go back to their house and pick pecans for them. That pour guy had brown hands all the time. One day after we got done taking a bath in the living room Stewert came over he is my couisen that is nine. He brought his remote control boat and played with it in the living room. That room is also good for thawing out chicken breast. My friend Samson Swanson of Sweden did it. People make fun of him because of his accent. He didnt know how to use the restroom and got arrested in the courtyard for going to that bathroom the wrong way. So if you want a soggy apartment Brazos Park is the choice.
