I lived there for two years, and the management was great the entire time. If you are a college student there is no better place to live in waco. Everyone is very friendly and it is very easy to meet new people at these apartments. They are very animal friendly and it is a great place if you have a dog. The river is like 20 feet from the apartments and my dog loved walking beside it. The maintence people are very fast and friendly. I only moved out because iam moving out of Waco. There is also a great jogging path that conects to the apartments and travels right along side of the river. Always parties going on from thursday-saturday nights. Apartments are in very nice shape for the price. In the two years i was there i stayed in three different apartments, a big one bed room, a two bedroom and then a small one bedroom. All were in good shape, and any problems i had were taking care of with in one or two days. Great place to live!
