I cannot believe some of the reviews on here! Alot of them HAVE to be the wrong complex. You do know there is another complex ACROSS THE STREET from this one that has a lot of problems. You shouldn't post stuff like this if you don't even have the right complex! I have lived here for 2.5 years and have not had any kind of problems like this. Yeah I've had a few maintenance issues, but they have ALWAYS been taken care of quickly. The complex is like 20 something years old, it happens! As far as the paint issue below this one, you are lucky they even let you paint! Most complexes don't! You can expect them to want you to paint it back to the color they use in all the other apartments! Too bad you didn't get to know management or they might have just given you the paint for free! They are sooo nice! If you had a problem with the way they do the lease, why did you move in in the first place' If you're moving in with someone, you should make sure they are responsible enough to pay their part of the rent so that you don't have to worry about being on a 'dual lease'. It is actually A LOT cheaper than individual leases! As far as crime goes, THIS IS WACO! DUH! CRIME IS EVERYWHERE! This complex is 1,000 times better than most other complexes here! Believe me, I know! I have lived in a LOT of different places here! About the crime stats online, you must have been looking at the wrong neighborhood! This is not the brazos neighborhood, it is the carver neighborhood. You can also look it up by what occured at the address 1800 N Martin Luther King. THERE IS HARDLY ANYTHING FOR BRAZOS PARK! I have always felt safe here! Everyone else I have met that lives here all have had good things to say as well! It is really sad that the only people that write on these things are people that have had a couple problems and turned it into a major ordeal! Brazos Park is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE for anyone!

I hope you are not allowed to be outside your apartment unsupervised, clearly you don't have the mindset to be alone.
