I have recently renewed my lease, and Browning Square has been a place that my parents and I have loved. I've been living here for the past two years, and I have been most impressed by the quiet atmosphere. I readily admit that the manager's youngest child makes a little bit of noise, but he is cute as a button and makes far less noise than the jerks that party at other places. I've lived at another complex in town, and I got tired of all the noise, drinking, and harassment. This place is very conducive for a student who wants to study. I'd also say that this is the first place that I have lived where they actually keep the pool clear! The electric grills are also a big plus as well as the laundry room.

I think the walls are made of plaster, but they seem to keep out most of the noise; however, I think that it is quieter because the complex is completely enclosed and locked. It seems to insulate the inside from the loud noises around the neighborhood to some extent.

The lawn looks okay, but I don't really pay much attention to it. I think they just planted a lot of new grass.

One of my parents' biggest pluses is that the place seems very safe because it takes a key to get inside. You can also buzz people in through an intercom inside your apartment. I have watched the management patrol the grounds at night after everyone has gone to bed, and I've also watched them keep troublemakers off the grounds. They are very good people, and my parents feel better because they are older. The kids are also hard workers, and they are very respectful, courteous, and likeable. I give the place a two-thumbs up! Oh...and my apartment was so nice when I moved into it--completely repainted, new carpet, and everything!
