Fewer and fewer people move in, what did that tell you'

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
The good:
1) Mid to high quality furniture.
2) High security inside the complex.
3) Game room is available.
4) A swimming pool.
5) BBQs.
The bad:
1) The office hour has been cut off greatly.
2) UPS, FedEx or DHL may not deliver your package to your door, since the manager will not open it for them.
3) Pool is not as clean as before.
4) Less privacy since you have no idea when the workers exmine your place.
5) Certain cars were broken in either in the parking lot or at the side of the complex.
Who's it for:
People who enjoy quietness may like the place. People who need extra security.
The bottom line:
All I know is fewer and fewer people move in. You make your own choice.
