I sublet from a friend of mine who lives here while wrapping up my last summer session at Baylor. I found the community to be very quiet and peaceful; it is a perfect environment for anyone who sees their home as a place to study and rest.

It's not a place to live if you like to party or want to have company, but that's not what draws people here in the first place.

The pool is always pristine, the manager is wonderfully accommodating. The security of the walled-off community is nice, although it would be great if they would gate the parking lot as well.
