Our apt.
was not ready when it was supposed to be.
The mgmt.
told us to move in and the place would be finished around us.
Well after six months it is still terrible.
The carpet is in dreadful shape.
The tenants before us spilled fingernail polish, spray paint, and who knows what else on the floor.
There were holes in the walls.
The place was filthy and we ended up cleaning it.
The A/C vents are just laying on the floor and despite repeated requests, nothing has been done.
On move in day, we flagged down the cleaning crew and even they agreed that nobody should be moving into this apt.
We have pictures and plan to go to the press with the pictures.
Nobody should have to live in a place this bad for $1,000 a month.
They just take advantage of college students.
Also, we think it is a fire hazard.
Very poorly constructed.
Keep looking, don't move here.
The model looks great but that is not what we got!

Enough is enough with apartments at Baylor pushing students around because they "can"! STAND UP for yourselves and submit a complaint to the U.S. Attorney General!
