I lived here for 6 months. Here's the con's....of the two pools, the main one was locked most of the time. There were several days in the summer where they forgot to unlock it all day! The other pool was a total swamp...stagnant water, dark dark green and unusable. Our water bill was always in the $80 range and they're supposed to pay half! The security officer only wrote tickets for parking, ignoring the guys selling drugs by the dumpsters every single night. The water heater broke 2 or 3 times totally SOAKING the floor and when we moved out, they charged us for replacing the carpet, and it was THEIR fault! Oh and back to the pool...there was NO LIGHTING at night so it was pitch black AND the button for the hot tub jets shocks the hell out of you. They advertise a playground but as you'll notice, it's an old wooden swingset that is totally rotted and unsafe way at the back of the complex. They're just asking for an accident. As for the pros...they have a nice weightroom.
