When we moved in we told them we would need a downstairs apartment because I have a spinal cord injury and climbing stairs is not an option for me. So they put us in an upstairs apartment anyway and said it's only for a week or so till we finish the downstairs below you, one week later a group of drugged out party freaks was in that apartment and we were still upstairs. One month later my finance finally got them to move us into a downstairs unit,they upped the rent,charged us a transfer fee,and a $56 mystery fee we never did get an explanation for, on top of having to sign a new lease. Our new upstairs neighbors have a full sized pool table and party until dawn, my apartment has been soaked by them twice now, once maintenance came and fixed it, this last time they didn't, the only guy who actually did anything quit on them. But the straw that broke the camels back was when they upped the rent again and when we couldn't pay the extra $100 they gave us 3 days to move. We found out they couldn't do that and told them so they threatened to lock us out,can't legally do that either. When they found out we used our paychecks to secure a house they got pissed off.So we have a couple of more loads and we are gone. If you are a drugged out waste of breath or a slacker this is your home sweet home,if however you are a serious student or work for a living just say no.

I think Eagle Crest is BEAUTIFUL place to live! Great tenants! Wonderful staff! Extremly well taken care of apartment complex! From the comments that I have just read. I am not a druggie nor a slacker. Obviously the person that posted this comment about Eagle Crest could not afford there rent and is a little upset they were getting kicked out.

I lived in those apartments from April thru August and it was the worst experience EVER.....My apartment had flooded literally 7 times...3 times from the bathtub twice from the back door(into the back bedroom closet and second bedroom) once in the hallway from the A/C freezing up(had to get hotel) then it melted...thats right...7 times 4months do the math....Not to minchun the -------s upstairs that were rude to my child and stomped all the time because there mother told them that they were allowed to be as loud as possible....EAGLE CREST APARTMENTS SUCK...I could go on for hours!
