I have lived at The Fairmont for over a year. Right next to campus, and very economical. I pay $425 a month, plus you get a washer and dryer. My assumption is that the previous reviews were from the old building that has since been razed. The managers should do a better job of enforcing parking, and the parking garage can be loud. Again, for the money there really is no better in Waco.
