Older property but very well maintained. I know of several groups of us who have been living here since 1990's. These families have raised children here and one family is now raising grandchildren here.
Waco's crime rate as well as other cities is increasing, however, no management company should be expected to nor is it their responsibility to prevent crime. I feel all in all the property is lit and maintained to discourage this type of behaviour.
