These apts are the WORST in Waco! Serously when I first moved in they were pretty cool, the rent wasn't bad, they are pretty big and parking is good. Then as time went by people started moving out and no one new moved in, I guess the management figured letting litterally any scum of the street move in was better than not having anyone. One night I heard all this comotion outside, I look out my window and see FBI, DEA, CSI,EMS, Texas Rangers, state troopes and waco police all roaming in and out of the apt next to mine. To this day I still don't know what happened but it just kept getting worse (drug deals,robbery, knife fights, rape, and the noise is eternal) this is all just on my side of the jungle I dont even know what happened on the other side. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Waco is bad enough moving to the jungle is suicide.
