When I first moved here, it wasn't the best but, it wasn't the worst. The people were nice, I had good neighbors and the area was really pretty quiet. There is now a new owner and things are changing for the worst. We are now on our third manager and I see no improvement. Rent is going up but nothing is getting better. Charges are being assessed for sewage back-ups, with no way to prove where it started. Some tenants are being charged for those repairs even though there is no way to tell where the problem started. I'm talking about everyone in a building, even though the problem could have began anywhere on the property. Tenants are being charged to fill the pool, even though, the apartment owners are supposed to pay a portion of the water and not everyone uses the pool. Our security is basically none existant. People from other areas come onto the property at all hours of the night, we've started with vehicle break-ins again, our pool is used by everyone and his brother, and the teens are partying and wandering through the property after curfew. Our pool is continually broke down, although it's been open more this year than last. There is a definite problem with balconies ready to collapse and leaks have lead to mold in apartments
