We got evicted after two weeks of staying there. If you're going to have someone vising you a lot, make sure to put them on the lease. Management people are VERY rude. They will speak to you however they want, even use profanity language. We were getting overcharged $140 for a late fee, when it should have been $25. All Mindy, "The Manager", said, was "Sorry." ---- Fleetwood Square!!!! We had to take 15 minute showers becuase it leaked downstairs......

I will say that I was overcharged the late fees as well this month, but when I went to the office, Mindy said she was sorry as well and removed them. She had told me that she made an error and it charged several people and she would take care of it, and she did. I am not sure what your circumstances were here, but I just don't see "the hole truth" in your review. But hey, to each his own right. Good Luck where ever you go.

She is correct, if you rent an apartment and then move your criminal boyfriends in and allow them to trash the grounds and make it look like a slum you will get evicted.
