In my opinion, the aparts are a good deal. I come into town for 2-4 days per week, they are quite, no one bothers me. Maintance has been good so far. My apartment is nice, freshly redone, new paint, wall paper, carpet, etc, when I moved in, I pay $540 a month, and all I have to pay is a water bill. It is cold in my apartment and I love it. My water bill was $12 for the first 2 months. My electric bill at home, Weatherford, Texas was $461 this month. I mean who could complain.
