I moved in a little over a year ago, and was shocked at the price! I come from a college town where $540 doesnt even cover the base rent on an efficiency of about 400 sq ft, and the one bedrooms here are over 700 sq ft and cover almost all your utilities, including electricity. the maintenance staff is wonderfull and makes you feel like you really do matter! The office staff is always there to help you when you need it too!!!

I live in these apartments and so far i dont like it, my problems that could cause fires havent been fixed, my ac is still broken that was reported over three weeks ago and my neijbor has tried to assault me and has left visable threats on my door and was still able to stay here, even after he was in jail they were allowing him to come back after he assalted two other residents. THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE !
