The maintence people were horrible and sexually harrased residence, the office staff would always be out by the pool drunk and stupid (they lived there), they were less then helpful. When I first moved in in 2002, the place was safe and lovely and by the time I moved out in 2005, it was filled with meth heads and horrible! I have never lived in a worse place. When I moved out it was because the drug addicts were constantly on my stoop, the apt. staff wouldnt help me, and the maintence man admitted to stalking my neighbor and when I told the staff, they replied back with "he's our friend and we know he would no tdo that." I called the leasing office and go the same reply! This is even afterI told them that he admitted to knowing personal details of her life that he shouldnt have known. She also complained about his sexually harrasing her and got the same response!

When I moved out I had cleaned my apt. very well, but had to leave before I could do a walk thru with the staff (my husband was transferred on short notice) and I later got a bill from the leasing office saying I owed 4,000 for damages to my apt! I couldnt believe it and so I called and was told that they were going bby the report sent to them from the person who did the walk thru.... the maintence man!!!!!!!!!!
I was horrifed and they refused to believe or help me!

The worst experience evar!

ON top of this, my bathroom had a horrible leak and after three inspections and having the maintence person say they could not find anything and that I miust be lying, they finally found the problem and then took 6 months and repeated trips by the several different maintence people (thanks to constantly changing staff) they fixed the problem but never the hole they left in my bathroom ceiling :(

and the final straw was when the crackhead neighbors would constantly fight and wake up my kids yelling things like "I'm not THAT drunk, -----!" and allow their kids to run into other neighbors apt.s and break things and such!

Shut up and stop whining. I live there too and I will just bet you are some of the skanky jobless girls who lounge around the grounds. You do nothing but show off your toothless smiles in skin tight shorts you KNOW you should not have on. I have never minded the staff, just some of my ignorant neghbors.

Actually both my husband and I had great jobs and beautiful well educated children. You live ther ein 07, I lived there in 02. Things may have well changed and that would be wonderful, but when I lived there it was a breeding ground for lowlifes by the time I moved my family out. But thank you for proving me right about the lack of good management. If you have those kind of neighbors then the staff obviously isnt doing a very good job screening new residents. :)
