Forget the bad reviews! I have had the pleasure of living at Gemini for 5 years and have never had any problems. Management is a pleasure to deal with and what little maintenance issues we have had have been dealt with timely and effectively. I love this property and the rates are great! I guess all these bad reviewers left owing money or skipped out because they have no idea what they are talking about.
