Well I just moved in like not even a month ago and everything is GOOD!! It's my first apartment for me and my boyfriend! I was helping my friends search for an apartment and I saw all this stuff said about Gemini. Really who are you people bashing other people and complaining about stuff' I mean sometimes things do go wrong in apartments, but at least we have maintenance to help fix it. I mean what if you had your own house and stuff messed up, you would have to fix it, so be glad you got Andrew, and Edgar to help you out! As for office staff, Julie is the one who helped us with our paperwork, Nicole helped us when we signed our lease, I only met Brandi I think twice, and she seemed so fun to be around, and she was pretty! People need to stop hatin'! Brandi ain't worried about all this drama on here. She's on her GROWN WOMAN! Other than that Gemini is the bomb the units are big inside, I love everything! My friend and her boyfriend are now considering moving here! If you like people who treat you right and make you feel like family, then GEmini is the place to be!

Well, when it takes three months to get a response to a major fire hazard, I believe I have the RIGHT as a renter to complain. No ac for 6 days---that sucks.

well i think when i bring my 3 day old baby home in the middle of 100 degree weather in the summer he should be able to come home to an apartment that he won't be sweating in, he shouldnt have to spend his first 2 weeks of life staying somewhere else because maintenance was to busy getting high and drunk to do there job.
