I have lived here for almost a year. After about three months the sinks and the shower started running when they were off. After two months of asking for them to be fixed I finally did it myself. We have had three different sets of neighbors living below us and the last two play their music at all hours of the night during the week (don't you people have jobs'') The washers and dryers in the laundry matt stay broken. Someone comes by once a month and leaves a note that they have been cleaned but I have seen the same piece of trash on the stairs for at least two months. Last month maintenance left my air filter at the door and I ended up changing it myself. My air conditioner started arcing every time it would rain about three months ago. I reported it three times and had to threaten to go to the city inspector before someone came out to look at it. Now my air conditioner has been out for six days and they have told me it will be tomorrow before it will be finished. They quit working on it at about two o'clock today. I guess there was beer that needed to be drank. I am a nurse by trade and if I was as efficient as the people at Gemini Village I would be fined and probably sent to prison. When I went to Brandi today to ask if my ac was fixed (noone bothered to tell me until I asked) she rolled her eyes at me before calling to find out. I am sorry if I am offending someone who likes it here or is friends with management but come on these things are basic renters rights.

I moved out of gemini village about 6 months ago. I hated that stinkin place. And yes I know, Brandi is such a -----. She always talks down to people thinking she is better that everyone. But the fact of the matter is that her ---- stinks. I had the same probs. you had and got the same response, nothing! I would never ever ever move back to that place or any other place that gemini villige ownes

ive never lived there but i can say i saw a sign saying all bills paid but it's in a real busy and wanders about type area, plus it looks like it could use a major makeover. It looks highly suspect over there so I feel for the good hearted people and children there. Waco is such a substandard place when it comes to staying current and also education.
