The apartments have 20 year old carpet. the ac is not air-conditioning it is recirculated cold water, it never gets below 80F. All the electrical plugs are worn out nothing stays in that you plug in. oh yea and maintanace men ha ha ha ha lofl please that is a joke my 15 year old son could do better. but the hot water NEVER runs out. It's great

Glen Oaks should be called 'Glen Roaches'! They have a serious problem here. That stuff they spray around here must be suger water, or seriously watered down! The plugs are loose,the apartments are really dirty,the maintainence are super lazy,and the air vents have'nt been cleaned out in decades! The management staff are rude and uncaring. sometime this month(June), we had a scare when someone shot off a gun TWICE one night! Apparently he WAS shooting at someone! He was arrested but we've also had drug bust here! I talked to management about it, but they just lied about it saying it did'nt happen and tried to make me feel like an overreacting idiot! I'm not stupid, It happened right outside our door and I KNOW what gunfire sounds like. renters here are NOBODY,all they care about is our money. Just shut up about anything and fork over the money. All I wanted was for them to fix the broken lights and possibly put in new ones for better security. But NOOOOOOOO, they won't spend the money to keep us safe! whatever else could be wrong with these apartments that you can think of,is. We know, we've lived here for over a decade. Need I say more?

well if your sone could do better then go to jack of all trades and get a job. first of all the ac does get way below 70, I know that for a fact.If your still liveing in these apartments then you have know right to complain because you arent doing anything to help. If you have roaches you call management and they will have someone come out, but the problem is if you dont clean they wll keep coming BACK!!!! HELLLO CLEAN UP!!!!
