Ok. I lived there for two years. The management can be friendly and can be dismissive. It just depends on the person. And be warned, you do have to ask twice for maintenance. If you're willing to ask twice, it will get done. As for the apartments, they are spacious and well laid out. They are easy to move in your stuff. The drywalls and hanging things--well that can be tricky. But once you get the screw in, it holds. The apartment complex is quiet. The grounds are well maintained. You have to pay for the laundry facility--but that seems to be a Waco norm. I am looking to move back to Waco, and I might go here. Seriously, it is in the suburbs, so it is a better area to live than most. And compared to the surrounding (more expensive) apts, you will never fight for parking spots (nor will your guests). Deposits (and pet ones) are reasonable. And no stupid monthly pet rent. They spray for bugs. I never had a problem. Oh, and I got a 5% student discount on rent. It helps. They also have monthly drawings for $75 off next month's rent. I recommend it!
