I currently live in these apartments. I have lived here for a year and a half. I was very pleased when my air conditoner went out on friday night. The manager called someone to come out and fix it that night. Thank God. One draw back to these apartments is that the pool is not avaliable for use. For some reason the city of Waco shut it down. There is not really alot of room just to walk around. I live upstairs. If i am asleep on the couch in the living room, I can hear even the quietest people walking in front of my door. I also live in the apartments closest to 19th Street. So in the mornings around 8:00 alot of cars go down the street. Another thing is ambulances. At any time of the night you will hear ambulances or poliece's sirens go off. Sometimes poliece cut them on right beside the apartment complex. Eventhough the traffic noise is a drawback, and the pool is not avaliable for use. The manager works with me, the maintence is good, it is in a very convenient location, and it is the best deal in waco.
