eariler this evening my AC went out. it happened after business hours and on a firday. i called the answering service and the woman said she would call me back when she heard something. about an hour went by so i called again the same woman answered again and said "they arn't going to do anything untill monday." she was very rude and just hung up. i have a 16 month daughter and no AC i think that they should have at least sent someone out to fix it sence the weather has been extreamly hot lately. but no the manager does not care she has no feelings at all i believe. she was going to let us sit at home all weekend with 100 degree weather. i plan on seeing if she can do that i am sick and tired of her. something really needs to be done here.
