They are just about the cheapest apts in waco, everything is really raelly old. we have had to swtich out our couch 4 times, because they keep breaking ( fully furnished) but anytime there is something that you need maintenance to look at it takes weeks to months for them to come, no matter how serious the problem is. Its an extremely small apt complex, but there is a decent amount parking, except 99% of residents cant keep an eye on their car. and therefore, cars get broken into alot, especially around christmas time. Also the parking lot is not lit at all. Very Dark! other then that, it is a pretty safe place to live- never any gun shots or anything. mostly elderly people live there, so its very quiet. but the walls are very thin, and you can always hear peoples tv's and when they move furniture. It's not horriblly bad, but u can still hear it. There are only 4 washers and 4 dryers, for the entire complex and 2 of the dryers doesn't really work well.
