I have lived here for the past 2 years. The staff and maitenence are both very wonderful. when something goes wrong you can count on them to be there to fix it. I never have had any problems with rodents, noise, or safety. I come home late all the time and feel totally safe. The grounds are beautiful and have alot of land. The apartments are older but have been kept up well. The 2bd2bth comes with washer and dryers in them. The 1bd is rather small but enough room for one or two people. the 2bd is spascious. Pets are allowed and there is no silly pet rent. I would highly recomend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. It has a great location...located just down the road from a walmart, heb, fast food and restraunts. Also if you have children the high school (midway) and an elem school are located just down the road. It can be pretty busy during the school year in the mornings and around 3oclock, but all in all it is worth it! As for the last review on the Felons...They are not allowed to live here in fact these apartments will run a background cheak on you....if you have a conviction they will find out...and you will not be allowed to move in to these apartments. They are very low priced..so that people with low income can afford to live ot but that does not mean there are low-lives here as you would say. All my neighbors are great and ive never seen or heard anything about drugs in these apartments!
