it LOOKS awesome but the place is overrated. First off the people who live here are not friendly. The maintenance man sucks. I fix more crap around here than he does and when he does come, he is never happy. The bills are sky high when are appliances are never on. For instance, from our last 200 electric bill we cut off all heater and ac and the next month it was 160! For what. The managing staff is annoying. The pool is never open. I have no problem with parking tho. Its gated and lit up. The place is loud at night, especially on weekends. The walls are not thick enough. If your a GREEK rat, then this place is for you. ALOT of Greek life here. If your not in there FRAT or SOR, dont even bother meeting people
