This place sucks! We had a roof leak that went on for about 7 months and they never fully fixed it. Wait, how long have I lived here' Oh yeah, about 9 months. So I have had 2 dry months. That's awesome. I'll tell you what's not awesome...the management. How about hire one of the bums that dig through our dumpsters everyday to manage the property. I'm sure they would do a better job. Wait until you meet Officer Rozinski! What a guy. Seriously. If you ever want a grown adult to use his power to hit on the underage girls at your apartment, he's your man. This guy has given me more crap about nothing than I know what to do with. Someone had a party in the hall of our building one night and sprayed the fire extinguisher everywhere. We got an eviction notice blaming us for what had happened about 3 or 4 months later. There is one good thing about this place-it has gated parking. Wait, that is normally broken anyway so I guess this place is pretty much open to the public and the infamous Waco car thieves. So on to the actual apartment...well, for starters, the builders must have saved a lot of money by coating Mead notebook paper with some plaster and using that for walls. The walls here are literally so thin that you can hear your neighbors sleeping. Just imagine what it sounds like when they speak in a normal voice. The only way that this could be an advantage is if your neighbors are deaf, but then you could still hear them walking. The heat is almost unbearable too. The roofs are made of metal so during the Texas heat, I know what if feels like to be a pizza. But if you do choose to keep your apartment at a survivable temperature, your bank account, or your parents', should be quite a bit emptier because your electric bill will be outrageous. I hope you like to dust too because these places are caked in it. Did I forget to mention that our dishwasher leaks when we run it and our dryer only takes about three full 80 minute cycles on high heat. So what's my final say about this place' Unless you like burning money, having someone on your ass, and sweating a whole lot, I would find another place to live.
