From a parent's point of view..LL Sams is the safest place in town. The gates really made my wife and I feel relaxed about allowing our daughter to live here. The covered parking and garage was also a good idea as well. She enjoyed living here the past two years and is sorry to leave her apartment. I would definately recommend LL Sams to anyone who wants to put safety first.

I agree, this review is bogus. Probably by an LL Sams employee, as no one else would bring their child within 10 miles of this place, because the kid would get cut on one of the many broken beer bottles in the common areas!
