I have lived at LL Sams for 3 years and love it. The maintenance guy is AWESOME. Yes they do read the WATER meter - but if you read the letter that they send out you will note that it is around the Last week of the month (ONE time a MONTH). The maintenance guy changes the light bulbs and batteries in the smoke detectors and has always been very helpful. My apartment is very quiet and I love my neighbors - I have made many friends here. I graduate this year and will be sad to leave LL Sams, they have made my time in Waco and at Baylor a very good experience.
