First off, Jenny is stupid, she lies, she'll tell you anything to get you to move in.. Apartment floods when it rains, and management doesn't care. Gates never work, fire alarms beep constantly, heating bill averaged $525 a month....a/c was around $200...no security...bunch of college kids drinking all over the place and smoking weed....broken glass all over the place parking lot is always covered in trash....You won't get your deposit back no matter what so don't waste your time cleaning up or touching up the paint...And I can't warn you enough about how stupid and nasty JENNY is!! So do yourself a favor and find a place somewhere else, save your self the money and time.

First of all you must not live at LL Sams. Jenny graduated in MAY 2006 and has not been working in the office since then.

Everything said here is 100% true! Stay away from LL Sams!!!!!!!!!!!!! I woke up one night and three dudes were peeing on the building. none of them LIVED in LL Sams, but a resident in Bldg One had invited them all in (it was 3AM). Not safe, not nice...Stay away! Dont be fooled by cute loft appearance! Utilities are WAY too high, and walls are paper thin. YUCK!

Jenny is a witch! Down with Jenny 4 ever! LL Sams is too expensive and waaay too full of drunks and pot heads. God help you if you don't listen to reason.
