Overall, I think these apartments are pretty good. To me, the staff has always been friendly and willing to work with my needs. Once my refrigerator broke and it took maintenance 3 days to come fix it, so that kind of sucked, and in the summer it gets really hot because of the huge windows. In my apartment, I have never had a problem with noise, but I have heard a lot of other people complain about it. My electricity bills are about $160.00 a month, which is high, but not as bad as some other places. The apartments themselves are really clean and feel very spacious because of the high ceilings, and I like that they allow pets - but for a $500 dollar deposit. Overall, i would say it's not a bad place to live if you have a lot of money to spend, but I just couldn't afford it for more than a year.
