It's amazing to me to read these reviews. I'm not sure which building your living in at LL Sams, but your not getting even close to the experience I am having. The staff is alright. If you have lived any where else in Waco, especially K&S Properties, which own way too much of the apt complexes available, you are very aware that the management on the whole for any place simply sucks. LL Sams is by far more superior in that field for waco. They show up within 12 to 24 to fix anything, usually within a couple hours, and they get it done. Cynthia only works on Saturdays now, but she's amazing. The people who are loud, obnoxious and a pain in the ass are those who don't even live here. They are usually from building 2, and they make a mess, put bubbles in the hot tub, yell and screw around the property. They take away the potential that LL Sams could live up to. They need to go away. I admit it's not all that secure on the whole, although it is gated. Too many people come in and without someone actually on the grounds there is no way to keep them out. Perhaps we should petition the management. WHICH WORKS by the way. I asked them for benches in 2007. Take a look around. There are cement garden benches everywhere. If you don't like LL Sams please leave, your loud anyway.

The loud ones are too hung over to get on this site. Trust me, it is the grad students that got mugged by crackheads that are bitter enough to post on here. Glad LL Sams works for you, but it is waaay too much work for the cost. Torry89

"Your" right Liquid, "your" so right. I mean your opinion is just so interesting except I don't agree with your opinion. I also wish you would spell "you're" correctly. YOUR is possessive. You're is a contraction of YOU and ARE. "which building your living", "your not getting" ad nauseum. Arg! LL Sams is noisy and if you don't think so...YOUR crazy!

Enough is enough with apartments at Baylor pushing students around because they "can"! STAND UP for yourselves and submit a complaint to the U.S. Attorney General!
