I have been a resident at LL Sams for a couple years. Within the past few months there has been a change in management. Since that change the new manger has neglected the responsibilities of her job. Unlike before where there was a healthy relationship between resident and manager that has completely dissolved and most residents here feel as if she is a ---- worried more about bringing in money than the welfare and the quality of living here. She has countless times ignored issues such as major noise violations, but finds it worth her while to devote her attention to strict leash policies for animals that are not in any way malicious or threatening. (In fact she has been known to sit in her car and watch on her days off to note if you walk your animal without a leash.) Yet policies that are in place to keep the noise down, for loud drunk guests, not tenants, is no longer in force. She has referred all tenants to call 911 for noise disturbances which yields absolutely no results.

The problem lies in that she picks and chooses which policies to strictly enforce, and completely ignores many of the others.

This used to be the best place to live in Waco as a student. We miss our last manager and hope the current manager either changes her ways, or leaves.

A HUGE thanks to Sergio, he's a great guy! He's all that's left of what was once a great place to live.
