So I have lived here for about 3 1/2 years now.
It wasn't so bad at first, being All bills paid was a plus, Maintenance is OK
The Old apartment manager was awesome, very friendly,
and always taking care of everything in a professional manner, the two bedroom I lived in was decent,

the only problem with that was the carpet was from the 80s
and the walls hadn't been cleaned properly, they had painted over stickers
and things that came through the paint when we moved in

after I had transferred into my one bedroom that is when the new management took over.
It takes a little longer for them to fix things, and usually they are quick fixes.
My bathroom tile and tub has been painted over to cover the dirt.
Some of the tile around the water spout and knobs are broken.



When you have a complaint or problem it doesn't always get taken care of in a timely manner.

The bathroom sink leaks, my kitchen sink leaks, they've come to fix it, but I think its just a washer or something that needs to be replaced.


The A/C Unit is usually broken about 5 or more times during the summer.
My heater usually breaks down a few times too, but I try to get it fixed before it gets too cold.

My fridge needs repair, the walls are warped from water damage from a previous accident.
My front door has about a 3 inch crack in it, so air comes through, the door has been broken
And the frame was broken, they just screwed it in with a few screws for a quick fix.

There is black mold that I had complained about the maintenance said they took care of it
they just scrubbed part of the ceiling tile and replaced it, they didn't clean around my a/c unit or any other places.
so the mold is back.

The noise sucks, you can hear EVERYTHING, if you complain, expect to complain more than once.
it doesn't always get taken care of.

The residents usually don't bother you , but it has become sort of ghetto/trashy.
So just make sure you don't leave anything in your car, there have been a few break ins, and tires slashed..

The parking is ridiculous, if you work late nights, don't expect to get anywhere near your apartment.
I get off around 3 a.m. and I have to park in the guest parking.
There is broken glass all over the parking lot, I have complained but it just sits there.
Sometimes there are beer bottles in the parking lot, and they will sit there for a few days, or weeks.
The maintenance is supposed to clean the parking lot in the mornings, but I've run glass over a few times.

There is security, but they don't do much, I've seen them let people hang out side, when there is supposed to be a curfew.


There have been three fires in these apartments this year.


I don't have much longer at these apartments, and I say good riddance! I am so tired of worrying about my car.
and my apartment.
