I don't think other reviewers live in the same place. I have lived at Landmark for 2 1/2 years. The apartments are 30 years old, but in good shape for being that old. Of course there are some maintenance problems with them being 30 years old, but they have always repaired them for me the same day.They are fairly strict about the rules, which i like. That is likely why some did't like the management. I would recommend Landmark if you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment

This has to be a fake review..I have lived her for 2 and half years also and i have had so many problems.

Yeah maybe your one of the few lucky ones who have newer appliances or something.I have almost constant problems with things breaking down and not getting fixed right which causes them to break down again.

Becky the asst. mang. said that she has lived on property since 2001 and she gets the repairs down usually the same day or replaced if needed. we will be leaseing at end of month so I will give it a try before dogging the property thanks
