The first year was ok with minor issues (leaky faucet, air conditioning) but the past 6 months have been horrible. This is a very old complex (70s) and is falling apart. We currently have a hole in our ceiling & have had the incompetent "roofers" come to fix the hole MANY times but its still there (putty does not fix issues!). They have tried to fix the leak in the roof 1st & want to wait until it rains to see if it leaks so we are stuck with a hole in the ceiling. Oh yeah, the disposal constantly breaks, the kitchen sink leaks, & we now have a mold prob due to the hole. Our neighbors warned us as tey were moving out this place is horrid (their roof leaked badly too). There is no HOT water and the pool is naughty' Maintanence is sorry'''''
