I have been at Madeira for 1.5 years and I like it a lot. It's very quiet and secluded while also being very convenient.

Although the renovations have been a little slower than I had hoped, I'm very pleased with the results. My apartment is very nice and spacious.

The staff is friendly and I will live here for a long time.

I think this is just false. I have been living there for over an year and it is TERRIBLE, MORE THAN TERRIBLE. The staff is not polite at all, they are asking high prices whereas they do not offer even minimum standards. The whole apartment stinks and it is full of MOULD. The air conditioning does not work at all, the heater, the same. If you are going to call them to come and fix it, you first have to beg them a lot and after a quick visit, they do not even take the responsability of repairing it. It is too old and it sucks. More than that, full of suspicious --------Americans...
