I lived here for a year and the first 6months was a nightmare, my sons room had a leak in the WALL!!! So the maintance person came and cut the entire wall out and put
some mess on it and said it should be okay then we got all that rain in april and the wall began to sag in and then the mildew came they gave me the run around and then finally decided to move me to another apt. then that apt had a roof leak they said that the roofing people were coming out to fix all of the roofs i saw them there
one week and that was the last time i saw them and guess what the roof still leaks.
My lease is up in january of this year and i will be finding another residence. the only thing i liked about this apt is the area and the quietness, the apt is spacious but the crap i had to put up with is not worth staying another year!!!!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
