Old, horrible plumbing, my apt. flooded 5 times

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The apartment flooded 5 times, it was never fixed, only cleaned up. We moved out 4 months into the lease. The management was very helpful in the matter, but the apartments are not in good shape. On several occasions raw sewage was leaking out into the parking lot from a pipe next to our building.
