these are housing projects - need I say more?
if you can help it, dont walk, dont run, but fly out like speedy gonzales if you can help it. no one should live there period. such a disasterous environment especially for kids. I FEEL so sorry for the kids, elderly and good hearted, working folks there.
the city needs to have rotating police there and enforced rules. no unsupervised kids under 10, no outdoor drinking, no loud music, no visitors leaving after 10pm without being ID'ed or license plates taken down and turned in for check, no car washing, no riding around, create a pool or something so they can do something besides walk around looking for something to do.
just GIVE a damn...
