My husband and I are newlyweds & moved here right after our honeymoon. For the past 9 months, Pecan Ridge has truly impressed us more than any place we've ever lived! Whenever we have had a maintenance issue, their service staff comes to our house the very same day we reported it!! This truly amazed us- and it's happened every time! The office staff is very friendly towards us & always helpful. The grounds here are beautiful- we searched all over waco & really found few complexes that even compared to Pecan Ridge in terms of charm. Overall, we highly recommend living here- it's been a great "first home" for us.
