First off, let me say that the rent IS on the steep side. That would be one of my main reasons for not moving here. I've never had an ant problem, nor have I had anything broken into. I have a one bedroom apartment and the square footage is unbelievable compared to all the little hellholes around Baylor. The service people come right away to help you out. Once, this maintenance guy came after hours on a weekend to fix a small leak in the air conditioning. The apartments have great kitchens, their own washer/dryer (No more hoofin it to the laundromat!), and great little patios. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is pretty nice. I moved here to get away from all the noise of frat parties, and so far it's been great.
