This place is not a good place to live. The first month I lived here my vehicle was broken into. There has been a water pipe leaking outside my building since I moved in (two years), tennents pay for the water so they don't care. Managements accounting is horrible. Don't pay your water on site I tried that once it took six months for it to show it was paid. Rent is way over priced I my freind pays $100 less per month and has a two bed room and hers is a lot nicer. The insects are horrible wasps everywhere, roaches occasionaly and ants everywhere.
I would guess management wrote the good comments but the entire staff quit a few months ago and suprisingly it has gotten worse. Do not rent here.

Yes I was told over the phone what I had to pay. WHen I moved in it was different. THat was the old management. Not the new. Let them do their job. Pls have patience.
